From the Vermentino of Monti to the Nuragus of Cagliari, from Oliena and Mammaioda with their Cannonau and Nepente, the Carignano del Sulcis of the arid soils of the Sulcis, the Vernaccia of Oristano or the Cagnulari of the North.
We aim to respect the classic standards of cocktails but with our own ingredients and in some cases we propose totally innovative recipes of the house according to the season.
